To prevent fraud and ensure a safe shopping experience, we enforce the following terms:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: Customers must record a continuous video while opening the package for the first time. The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, shipping label, and the product. Claims for damaged or missing items will not be processed without this video proof.

• Address Errors & Returns: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. However, if a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or a change of mind, the actual carrier shipping fee incurred by us will be deducted from your total refund.
